Re-delivery Charges

(To be paid before re-delivery can be initiated. Once payment is received, our logistics partner will re-deliver your order within 3 working days.)

$8 fee applies when

  • no one is at the provided delivery address and selected time slot to receive the order; or
  • empty cylinders are not made available for our collection (for CO2 Exchange orders)


We seek your patience and understanding that all deliveries are at best effort basis due to road conditions/weather and other factors. We will always try to accommodate your request but there will be circumstances where your request cannot be fulfilled. We exercise reasonableness and request the same of our customers.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We will consider requests for product return or exchange for unopened and unused SodaStream products purchased within 14 days (unless otherwise stated), and proof of purchase will be required in the form of a purchase receipt or the confirmation email you would have received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as gifts. All returns and exchanges are to be processed at our Sparkling Centre @Ubi.

Faulty Items:  Great care was taken to ensure that the SodaStream products were delivered to you in good condition and we are just as disappointed as you if the product you have received is compromised in any way. If you do experience problems with your newly purchased SodaStream makers, bottles, drink mixes and cylinders, please contact us with an explanation and video of the problem if possible, to speed up the processing of your case.

Wrong Items Received:  If you think you’ve received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please accept our sincere apologies. Kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) so that we can assist you.

Should you opt for courier services, we will first collect courier fees upfront, and if the item is deemed defective, we will reimburse you of the fees.

For exchanges of items, you may swap them for items of equal or lesser value. Any unused amount will not be refunded. You can top-up if the new items cost more.

For returns, the item(s) must be returned with any free gift(s), bundled item(s), sample(s) and/or gift card(s) received by you with respect to the returned item(s)

Other than as expressly provided on this page, we will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of item(s).


Return of CO2 Cylinders

The SodaStream Cylinder is provided under licence and remains the property of SodaStream. When you do not need the CO2 cylinders any longer, we have a global return policy where customers may return their empty CO2 cylinders without an exchange for a return fee of S$2.50 per cylinder as stated on the cylinders. This can be done at our Sparkling Centre @Ubi, as well as our partner stores Self Fix DIY and ToTT.

 

Cancellations

We accept any cancellation or modification to an order 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays) before the scheduled delivery slot. We apologise that we cannot do so beyond this time frame.  However, you may proceed to our Sparkling Centre @Ubi for a refund/exchange. Do note that processing fees (4% + any delivery fee) apply.

Notwithstanding that an order has been accepted and confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order or any part thereof at any time without giving you any reason whatsoever. We will inform you of any such cancellation via email and will refund you (without interest) accordingly.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are applicable for defective items only. Defects have to be made known to us within 14 days of receipt, and the defective item has to be assessed at our Sparkling Centre @Ubi. All refunds will be credited (without interest) in the form of store credits or via the same payment method that was used for the Order. 

Refund of the amount paid for the order (without interest) will deduct the amounts of promotional vouchers used in the purchase. The promotional vouchers used will not be reissued or reimbursed.

Please note that it takes up to 21 days to process a full refund.
